Set up RerollDrinks

This guide takes you from a new account to live prices on your TVs. First you set up your menu and games in the RerollDrinks console, then you show the board on each TV.

What you need

• A TV for each screen you want the board on.
• Something to show the board on each TV. The board is a web page, so any of these will do: a smart TV with a web browser, a streaming stick or box with a web browser, or a computer plugged into the TV with an HDMI cable.
• An internet connection for each TV.

1. Set up your menu and games

Everything here happens in the console at console.rerolldrinks.com, on any computer or phone.

1. Create your account. On the sign-in page, choose Create an account. Enter your business name, time zone and email, then open the link we email you and set a password.
2. Subscribe to a sport. Open Subscriptions in the menu and choose Subscribe on a sport. Each sport is billed monthly from the day you add it.
3. Add your items. Open Establishment → Manage Items. For each drink, food or merch item, enter its Standard Price, plus the Min Price and Max Price it may reach during a game.
4. Add your screens. Open Establishment → Manage Screens and choose Add Screen. Add one for each TV, with a name you'll recognise, like "Main Bar TV".
5. Put a game on a screen. Open Game Selector. Choose a screen (or Show on all screens), a game, and an item for each team. When a team takes the lead, its item goes on sale.

2. Show the board on a TV

1. On the TV, or the computer plugged into it, open the web browser and go to monitor.rerolldrinks.com.
2. Sign in with your RerollDrinks email and password.
3. Under Select Establishment & Screen, choose your business and the screen this TV is, then choose Go to Monitor.
4. Make the browser full screen. On a Windows computer, press F11. On a TV, look for a full-screen option in the browser's menu.

Want a menu-style screen instead? Go to Price List shows all your items with their current prices.

Good to know

• If the board asks you to sign in. Sometimes, for example after a TV has been turned off, it will. Sign in and choose the screen again, the same way as the first time.
• Updates install themselves. When we release an update, your screens reload onto it on their own, waiting for a moment when nothing is playing.
• A separate login for your TVs (optional). Any login for your business works on a TV, and the lowest role, employee, is all a TV needs. To keep your own login off the TVs, open Access → User List in the console, choose Add User, enter an address like yourname+tv@gmail.com with the employee role, and choose Send Invite. Many email providers, including Gmail and Outlook, deliver an address like that to your normal inbox, so you can accept the invite and set its password yourself.
